WOYWW - Keeping it simple

Last week at Whats on your workbench Wednesday hosted by stamping ground, Julia reminded us all to keep it brief.  So with this in mind here goes:
The clock has its own time zone, it was in fact around 9 pm, see the darkness at the window?

Sewing machine still taking centre stage, as I try to jusify all that outlay on fabric that has been going on for the last few months.

Right back in May I bought this fabric for myself, and I had plenty of suggestions from my blogging friends as to what I should make.  However I passed it over to Polly Polkadot instead and made the predicatable shopper bag.  But most definately with an elves and shoemaker attitude...when I sell one, I can buy  a few more pieces of fabric!

  5. That fabric is perfect for a shopper bag! Really sweet. Love your sewing machine! Mine sews in a straight line only and will go back when I press a button. Nothing else. But it's a beast and holds the tension and doesn't mind sewing on paper. *smiles* Norma

  6. I must give this a whirl one week - how did you get on with the labels? I love that fabric, so fresh and spring like, just what we need at the moment. I look forward to the bag's first outing at HM Monday

  7. Well done you - pretty fabric indeed. I can't sew at night - the light, howeever good, is just too shadowy! Good luck with Monday's reveal!

Love the fabric...I have two columns going up almost as tall as I am filled to the brim with pieces I collect here and there. LOVE FABRIC!!!! I would love to see one of the purses you make.
